As an independent consultant, Gaspar helps hospitality companies relaunch, reposition and find success in revenue generation among the VIP, group sales and special events markets. Gaspar specializes and works closely with hotels, restaurants, wineries, private event sites, catering companies and many other industry partners and considers them his family.
His experience in Wine Country hospitality spans 25 years, starting from Artesa to the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and then Copia; the American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts. Gaspar has had the opportunity to work with some of the most successful wine and hospitality companies such as Terlato Wine Group, Foley Family Wines and the Plumpjack Wine Group.
Gaspar is a charter member of ILEA Napa-Sonoma and serves on the current Board as a Director-at-Large in the Membership Committee. He is also a charter member of WCSEP (Wine Country Special Event Professionals) and also serves on the current Board. Through these organizations, he is proud to promote Wine Country and endeavors to bring business to the area.
