Growing up in Sonoma County, Ashley has been exposed to the all the wonderful hospitality the area has to offer. She got her first taste of the industry in high school where she worked at a popular Sebastopol ice cream shop and hasn’t left the industry since.


While studying Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration at San Francisco State University, Ashley interned with Clos du Bois Winery where she learned about catering, events, and wine education. Shortly after graduation, she joined Constellation Brands as the Hospitality Assistant Manager at SIMI Winery. Ashley is now part of the team at Paradise Ridge Winery.

Ashley is excited to join a Leadership Team of experienced professionals on the ILEA Napa-Sonoma Board of Directors! Ashley has been on the Communications Committee for the past two years and has been responsible for ILEA Napa-Sonoma’s social media presence for the past year.
